Jharkhand emerges best in Junior National Indian Round
Jharkhand archers dominated the Junior National Indian Round archery competition held at Kharsawan, Saraikela in Jharkhand from March 27-29.
The host archers won four gold medals one silver and three bronze medals for a total of eight. Assam followed next with two gold, two silver and one bronze medal for a total of five. Delhi was third with one gold, two silver and one bronze medal for a total of four. Uttar Pradesh won a gold and a bronze.
Bersrang Narzary of Assam won the Individual title and Asha Rani Horo of Jharkhand won the girls' crown. Uttar Pradesh boys and Jharkhand girls took the team championships.
