The Seminar was conducted at Seminar hall of millennium hostel. It was close to the Archery Ground. The hall was equipped with all facilities like seating arrangement of 50 participants, projector, white board and dummy target etc.
The seminar was earlier scheduled from 15 to 21 September 2009. After considering the situation a meeting was held among the faculties headed by Morten B. Wilmann, Chairman, FITA Judge Committee, and Mr. Paresh Nath Mukherjee, Secretary General, AAI, and the date of the seminar was rescheduled from 15th to 19th September, 2009 as five days were enough considering the number of hours per day.
On 15th September a short introductory programme was arranged where along with all the participants and faculties, Mr. S. Harmilapi, Regional Director, SAI Eastern Centre & Mr Paresh Nath Mukherjee, Secretary General, AAI were present.
